1. Who we are

This site is operated by Avenus Consulting ("Avenus", "we", "us"). We provide mindset coaching content, including a free self-assessment that returns a personalized written reflection.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: first name, email address, and the free-text answers you submit in the assessment.
Technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. The assessment is intended for adults.

3. How we use your information

To generate and deliver your personalized reflection.
To send you the results, follow-up educational content, and information about Avenus coaching offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To improve the assessment and prevent abuse of the service.

4. AI processing

Your answers are sent to a third-party large language model provider in order to generate your reflection. We do not include your name or email in the prompt content. Providers are bound by their own data-processing terms and do not use your submission to train their public models.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery, AI inference, scheduling), and when required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email adam@avenusconsulting.com.

7. Retention & security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
